Cutting the Cost of Lay-ins

Cutting the cost of your lay-ins

Hi, you probably have in your offices grid ceilings with
lay-in fittings these will be either four times 18W tubes [square] or four
times 36W tubes [rectangular], if these are standard switch start units (ones
with a starter) you have the opportunity to save considerable sums of money and
will find that there are other benefits included in the price. Here’s a list of
the ways you can save and other benefits of upgrading your fittings:-

20% savings on electricity e.g.
before upgrade four times 18W fitting uses 81W after upgrade uses 65W
that’s actually less than the tube rating!

At
least 50% longer tube life –
switch start fittings really hammer the tubes when you turn them on, by
upgrading you will not only save money on tubes you will also save the
cost of changing them, in ideal conditions tubes can last up to twice as
long! From the planets point of view this also means less tubes
     manufactured.

No starters that little cylinder
that has to be replaced occasionally, gone! So that’s no cost of fitting
and we can stop making those.

Instant start up – no more strobe
effect when you turn on the lights, just light

No flicker – many people don’t
like fluorescents because it’s not a steady light, actually flickering at
mains frequency, after the upgrade to high frequency electronic ballasted
units there will be no discernable flicker, happy employees do better work
     and take less days off.

This is just one of the many ways we can cut your energy use,
allowing you to comply with government demands for a 34% cut in energy
consumption is our mission. All of our solutions have very short payback times
after which its just money in your bank.
Call or e-mail to arrange a survey, every day you wait costs you money.
