Light Seeker is an off shoot of D.Staddon electrical set up to deliver low energy lights that actually allow people to see.

Many of my customers especially the older ones (including me) have found that the compact fluorescent lamps(CFLs) that the government subsidised do not provide a very good light, there are scientific reasons for this but to keep it simple, I sell CFLs that you can see with, not a dingy yellow light but a crisp sharp white light with good colour rendition in a top quality package that will last for years,if you like to read or do craft work especially if colour is involved see the difference.

Above is a light box made to demonstrate the difference between the lights on sale in the shops and the ones sold by Light Seeker even in a photo you can see that the shop lamp on the left is a yellow colour whilst the Light Seeker lamp is a crisp white light that makes the print look sharper. 

The other big issue at the moment is the use of halogen down lights, many people think that low voltage lamps are cheap to run, not so, low voltage lamps are for use in areas where mains voltage may be hazzardous, bathrooms and under kitchen cabinets and yet they are commonly fitted in lounges and hallways they have a very high failure rate due mainly to the heat they produce which melts the wiring and causes the transformer to fail mains halogen down lights are more reliable but still very expensive to run.

We are now able to offer our customers a range of LED replacement options that produce the same light but use only 20% of the power,it has been estimated that if all of the halogen lamps were switched to LEDs at least two less power stations would be needed.
